Tips to remember
The more you are on Flail the more buffs you are giving your teammates, and the more debuffs you are applying to bosses. This is largely dependent on the skill of your Tank, and if they are just face-tanking hits instead of dodging or blocking.
Becoming a skillful healer takes practice, and for many becomes easier by modifying your Healer Targeting settings for easier application.
Have the Raid leader move you to your preferrable location in the group of the Tank so that you can give them quick and easy heals without having to put in effort to ‘scroll’ to them in the group in the middle of a fight.
